Aldis Sukse was born in 1972 and grew up in North York in an artistic Latvian-Canadian family. In 2006, he started sketching street scenes while living briefly in Geneva and now records incidental Toronto. He is an avid cyclist and has commuted by bike since 1991. He works in concert production and lighting.
These drawings are created first in pen and ink and finished using Adobe Photoshop. Aldis also works in watercolour, oils, sculpture and photography.
